WMAHA is dedicated to skills development, at the team and individual level. This commitment has been a major part of the program for many years. It's success is evident in the advancement of numerous players to legit AAA or better programs. We don't pretend to be the answer or the best hockey in the county. But we offer the best skills training for serious dedicated players looking to make it to the highest levels of hockey.
One of our strongest responses from parent feedback was the success of our skills program and partners.

An important item we have taken from our surveys was to get more feedback on player development. So as part of our skills program we will be having our skills coaches provide some written player evaluations during the course of the season.
We work to continually educate our coaches on hockey, safety, and training methods.
