Utah Junior Grizzlies Amateur Hockey

The JR Grizzlies realize that hockey is an expensive sport and many families struggle to participate.

We try to provide scholarship money to families in need of help to afford the cost of playing hockey.

Each season we have a limited amount of funds to help families, and to apply for a scholarship we have an application and committee review process.  This process is all confidential.  

To apply for a scholarship please download and complete the application document below.  It will provide all the information to complete the process.  Please note that the scholarship application should be emailed to Paul.MurphySLC@gmail.com (NOT the yahoo email on the application.)
