A finnancial review of the organization was presented by treasurer Chris Hendry.

A summary of the golf tournament fund raiser was given by event director and board member Kelly Carroll.

6 members were nominated for the 4 available seats on the board. All the team managers were present and voted on the new board positions.

The 2011-2012 WMAHA Board consists of:
