The WMAHA Jr Grizzlies concluded preseason training camp this Sunday with a family gathering at Sunnyside park.
This was all at the same Ice rink, all together.  It was a great opportunity for all our new and old players, as well as families, to get to know each other.
 

Weekend Highlights...  Every team from Squirts to Midgets took part in the whole weekend of events, from Friday night to Sunday evening.
 - Player on ice skills sessions with OSM  - Coach Oly (Daryl Olsen) and Showdown Hockey - Todd Brereton. 
- Player off ice skills and stickhandling with Showdown Hockey - Todd Brereton.
 - Goaltending skills instruction with Mark Sample, separate goalie training sessions and team consulting.
 - Team on ice practices
 - Off ice Video sessions
 - Off ice team building
 - Classroom sessions
 - Family events
 - Team manager training/meeting
 - Weekend ending get together
- The Bantam Select team went up the mountain behind the U of U on a grueling hike to the "Living Room" for afternoon snack time.
